We know that planning an event can come with a lot of questions, especially when it comes to ensuring everything runs smoothly. To make things easier for you, we’ve put together answers to some of the most common questions we get about our services at Gather Shots. If you don’t find the answer you’re looking for here, feel free to reach out – we’re always happy to help!

Q. How much space do you need?

For the best experience, we typically need a space of around 8x8 feet. This allows enough room for the booth setup, props table, and space for guests to pose comfortably.

If your venue has limited space, we can work with slightly smaller dimensions and adjust the setup accordingly. Just let us know, and we'll make sure it fits!

In addition, we’ll need access to a power outlet within 10 feet of the setup area.

Q. How far do you travel and is there a fee?

There is no travel fee if your within 25 miles of Mckinney, TX. Travel fees applies for events further away. For events that require long distance travel we charge a flat rate.

We’re happy to discuss the details to ensure everything is clear and fits within your event's needs.

Q. Will there be a booth attendant?

Our Medium and Gold package includes professional attendants. This allows us to provide seamless service, assist guests with photo booth features, and ensure everything operates without a hitch.

Q. Do you require a deposit?

Yes. We require a 25% deposit to secure your date, with the remaining balance due two weeks before the event. Deposits are non-refundable.

Q. How far in advance do I book?

We recommend booking at least 3-6 months in advance to ensure availability, especially for weddings or large corporate events.

Q. How long does it take to set up the photo booth?

We typically arrive 1-1.5 hours before the event starts to set up the photo booth.
